Dumka District Mega Rojgar Mela 2026
The Sub Regional Employment Office-cum-Model Career Centre, Dumka is organizing a Mega Rojgar Mela on 27 July 2026 to provide employment opportunities to unemployed youth. More than 3,800 vacancies are available through leading private companies from Jharkhand and other states. Candidates possessing qualifications from 10th Pass to Engineering and Post Graduation can participate according to their eligibility.

Eligibility
- Candidates possessing qualifications from 10th Pass to Post Graduation may participate according to the respective vacancy.
- ITI, Diploma, ANM, GNM, Engineering and Commerce graduates are also eligible for several posts.
- Age limits generally range between 18 and 65 years depending on the employer.
- Registration in any Jharkhand Employment Exchange is mandatory before participating.

Salary Details
Salary packages vary according to the employer and post. Selected candidates may receive salaries ranging from approximately ₹10,000 to ₹39,000 per month, while several companies also offer commission, incentives and industry-standard salary packages.
Important Instructions
- Registration on the Jharkhand Employment Portal is mandatory before attending the fair.
- On-the-spot registration will not be available on the day of the event.
- Carry all original educational certificates along with photocopies.
- Bring Aadhaar Card, Employment Registration Card, Local Residence Certificate, Resume and passport-size photographs.
- No TA/DA will be paid.
- The Employment Office acts only as a facilitator. Selection will be made solely by the participating employers.
